The easiest way to delete your account is right from the app. Your account will be deleted immediately, and your data will be removed within 30 days.
- Open the Fairway Femmes app
- Go to Settings (from your profile)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Once confirmed, you'll be signed out and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
By emailIf you can't access the app
If you can't sign into your account or have uninstalled the app, email us from the address associated with your account:
- Send an email to support@fairwayfemmes.app
- Use the subject line
Account Deletion Request - Include the email address registered with your account
We'll verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days. We may reach out to confirm a few details before deleting the account.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Profile (name, photo, handicap, bio)
- Your direct messages and group chats
- Community feed posts and comments
- Round logs and scorecards
- Group memberships
- Friends, connections, and matches
- Device and push notification tokens
- Location history
Retained briefly
- Billing and transaction records (tax/legal requirements)
- Abuse and safety reports (for platform integrity)
- Anonymized analytics (no longer tied to you)
- Information we're legally required to keep
Timeline
Your account is deactivated immediately when you request deletion. Personal data is fully removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or financial reasons.
